Recently, ETI has provided litigation support to Plaintiff's Counsel in the consolidated In re: Wireless Termination Fee Cases. In these proceedings ETI provided consultative expertise, economic and financial analysis and modeling, economic damages calculations, assistance with document review, discovery, depositions, and expert testimony at trial.

ETI has assisted the Illinois Office of the Attorney General with the its response to AT&T Illinois' motion to classify as competitive residential services in several Illinois MSAs. ETI's work included competitive and market analysis, demand and revenue analysis, discovery, review of AT&T's witnesses' testimony, and written expert witness testimony.
